  • Part-time, PRN, Per diem Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Auburn/Worcester.
In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive patient care across diverse clinical settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. Your expertise will support a wide range of medical services, including acute and chronic care, specialty treatments, and community-based nursing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working within a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care by performing thorough patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and physical examinations. Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and medication management following established protocols. Coordinate patient care plans through case management, discharge planning, and working with interdisciplinary teams across inpatient and outpatient settings. Conduct diagnostic evaluations including specimen collection/processing and laboratory testing to inform treatment decisions. Manage emergency situations utilizing critical care skills such as airway management, ventilator support, trauma response, and acute pain management. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain meticulous medical documentation to uphold privacy standards.

Qualifications Valid RN license in good standing with current state requirements. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems Hands-on experience with IV insertion/infusion therapy, phlebotomy, aseptic technique, and specimen collection/processing. Ability to perform physical examinations and assessments confidently while demonstrating excellent patient care skills.
