Job Description
Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in a skilled nursing setting. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles , offering flexibility and a supportive clinical environment. Our nursing team is built on strong collaboration, respect, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional care to the elders we serve. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes What We're Looking For We're looking for Registered Nurses who: Are compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Maintain a positive and professional demeanor Thrive in a team-oriented environment Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills Requirements Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits $45-$50 per hour The posted range reflects total potential earnings, including shift-based pay enhancements. Base pay is determined by experience, with opportunities to earn higher rates based on shift, schedule, and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
