Schedule and Hours:

36 hours per week 7:00pm - 7:30am shifts Every other weekend required Rotating holiday coverage Start date: 5/26

Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in a CVICU setting (required) Strong clinical skills caring for patients with complex cardiac conditions Critical thinking and effective communication skills Adaptability and willingness to float between the CVICU and ICU as needed

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients requiring intensive cardiovascular monitoring and interventions Perform comprehensive assessments and manage patients with advanced hemodynamic support devices Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and respiratory therapists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document patient progress, responses to interventions, and coordinate care transitions Provide support and reassurance to patients and families during challenging situations
