Every Other Weekend + Rotating Holidays Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a high-acuity emergency department assignment. The RN will provide fast-paced emergency care, assess and stabilize patients, administer treatments, and support critical care interventions while maintaining excellent patient care standards. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Minimum 2 years of recent ER RN experience At least 1 year of ER travel experience Active Massachusetts RN License required Current BLS Certification required Current ACLS Certification required Strong IV therapy, IV start, and telemetry monitoring skills Ability to pass Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams Strong English communication skills Preferred Qualifications TNCC Certification preferred ENPC Certification preferred PALS Certification preferred De-escalation certification training preferred Ventilator care experience preferred Charge nurse or leadership experience preferred Key Responsibilities Provide emergency nursing care using the nursing process Assess patients physically, psychologically, and socially Administer medications and monitor patient responses Perform IV insertion, wound care, and emergency interventions Document all patient care accurately and timely Assist in discharge planning and patient education Support ancillary staff in patient care delivery Function as charge nurse when required Maintain compliance with hospital safety standards Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced ED environment Required Skills Emergency Room Nursing High Acuity Patient Care IV Therapy & Vascular Access Telemetry & Cardiac Monitoring Critical Thinking & Rapid Assessment Medication Administration Ventilator & Acute Care Support EMR Documentation Team Leadership & Charge Nurse Skills For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
