$85,113.60 The Edinburg Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Services group. What You Will Do:
This is a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of client care. The RN assists clients in effectively communicating with medical providers in order to receive optimal care. Responsibilities include attending medical appointments with clients, medication administration and monitoring, training staff and clients on illness prevention and illness management, and providing consultation to clients, families and staff about medication/medical issues. Other responsibilities include treatment planning, implementation and documentation of treatment plans, outreach, support, and service coordination.
Who You Are:
Registered Nurse (RN) and at least one year experience treating persons with serious mental illness required. Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Substance use disorder treatment, psychosocial rehabilitation and assertive community treatment experience preferred. Basic computer skills required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
