  • Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking an experienced, licensed RN or LPN, Nurse with experience assisting individuals with mental health and wellness needs to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team.
Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge and experience with mental health, nutrition and medical care. Strong interpersonal skills that allow for sustained client engagement and health participation are crucial for the development of a trusting relationship.
Responsibilities:
Work closely multidisciplinary team to provide education related to medical health, medications, and other related topics Develop and conduct training for staff and clients related to health and wellness topics, including but not limited to nutrition and physical activity Assist with identifying and accessing community resources that support client needs and wellness efforts Guide and support clients in understanding their medical conditions Meet with clients and staff to discuss medical diagnoses, including causes, symptoms, complications, treatment options and prevention Provide direct medical care for clients including monitoring vitals, and wound care as needed Review all medical documentation for assigned clients Assist both clients and staff in assessing symptoms and determining appropriate responses/actions
Qualifications:
Requires an associates degree in nursing LPN or RN nursing license Valid Massachusetts drivers license Must possess a current RN license from the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts Schedule:
Wednesday-Saturday, 9am-2pm Hourly Rate $44,803.20
