Job Description
Psychiatric Registered Nurse Shift - Rotating, combination of days, evenings, nights (50% of shifts will be eve or night). 36 hours, with Every Other Weekend/Every Other Holiday Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, where your expertise will make a profound difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, comprehensive psychiatric nursing care within a variety of clinical settings. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including mental status examinations, vital signs, and physiological evaluations to inform individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments under physician supervision, ensuring precise dosing and adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' progress in diverse settings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective behavioral health interventions tailored to each patient's needs. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications At least 1 year of Psych experience.
