Every Other Weekend & Rotating Holidays Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract opportunity in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience managing high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ICU environment. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process Monitor, administer, and evaluate medications and treatments Perform ongoing patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation Support ventilator care and hemodynamic monitoring Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on patient care plans Respond effectively to emergency and critical care situations Maintain compliance with infection control and patient safety standards Utilize EMR and computerized charting systems efficiently Float to Med/Surg Tele units as needed based on patient census Requirements Active Massachusetts RN License required Minimum ICU/Critical Care nursing experience required Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills Experience with ventilator care and hemodynamic monitoring preferred Excellent communication and teamwork abilities BSN preferred Certifications Required AHA BLS Certification ACLS Certification For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
