Hours/Week Compensation Weekly Pay:
$2,600
  • $2,800 (based on experience) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med/Surg Telemetry and ICU assignment in Falmouth, MA.
The RN will provide high-quality patient care for critical care and telemetry patient populations through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. The ideal candidate will have prior ICU or critical care experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered nursing care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Monitor and assess patients in ICU and telemetry settings Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments and therapies Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient care, assessments, and progress Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and ancillary personnel to ensure quality patient outcomes Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education Maintain compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and patient safety protocols Assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned Utilize computerized charting and nursing informatics systems effectively Float to Med/Surg Telemetry units based on operational needs and census fluctuations Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Certifications & Licensure Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required Current BLS Certification required Current ACLS Certification required Experience Prior critical care/ICU experience required Experience with telemetry patient care required Preferred experience with: Hemodynamic monitoring Ventilator management Intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring Additional Requirements Every other weekend required Rotating holidays required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment For more details reach at or Call / Text at 516-587-6677.
