Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum 1 year experience in Medical-Surgical nursing (RN-MS) BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive, compassionate care to patients on a medical-surgical unit Monitor, assess, and document patient progress Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans Support patients and families with education and emotional guidance Ensure adherence to all clinical and safety protocols
