Full-Time Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients with varying levels of acuity Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and monitor patient responses Initiate and manage IV therapy, IV starts, and ventilator care Monitor patients using telemetry equipment and respond to clinical changes Function effectively in the charge nurse role when needed Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Required Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Licensure & Certifications Active Massachusetts RN License BLS Certification ACLS Certification Experience Minimum 2 years of recent ER RN experience Minimum 1 year of ER travel experience Experience with IV starts, ventilator care, and telemetry monitoring Preferred Certifications
