Weekly Stipend:
$1,441.92 W2 per hour: $36.43
Requirements:
Active Massachusetts RN License required. Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an inpatient psychiatric unit required. BLS Certification (AHA) required.
Job Summary:
The Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in an inpatient behavioral health setting, including patient assessments, medication administration, care planning, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to patients in an inpatient psychiatric unit. Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans and patient progress. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient care. Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment and recovery. #
