Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Current and active RN license (Massachusetts or compact state) Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Positive communicator who excels in collaborative, fast-paced surgical environments
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct perioperative care including patient assessment, surgical preparation, and assistance during procedures Maintain strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor patient safety and respond efficiently to emergent situations Document interventions and patient progress accurately and timely
