Key Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted RN license valid in Massachusetts Prior experience as an RN in a school or pediatric setting preferred Confidence working with complex medical needs, including wheelchair and ventilator care BLS/CPR certification (required) Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 care during school hours, monitoring the student's health needs consistently Administer medications, manage medical equipment (ventilator, wheelchair), and respond promptly to any emergent situations Collaborate with educational teams, specialists, and families to support the student's daily and ongoing needs Maintain clear, accurate records and communicate progress or concerns with appropriate stakeholders Advocate for the student's needs and ensure the highest standards of safety at all times
