Shift Details:
7pm to 7am nights and weekends
Call Requirement:
3 shifts per week
Annual Volume:
Approximately 1200 deliveries per year
Patients Per Day:
Variable, inpatient service %
Admitted Patients:
100%, inpatient service
Support Staff:
PA and CNM coverage 24/7, OB MD coverage 24/7
EMR System:
EPIC License Requirement:
Active Massachusetts Physician Assistant license required at submission
Certification Requirements:
PA C required
Credentialing Timeframe:
30 to 60 days expedited available
Onboarding Requirements:
EPIC training required
Additional Information:
  • This
OB/GYN PA
role covers both OB and GYN for CHA. The PA also helps manage Inpatient and Emergency room GYN consults, assists with post-op GYN rounding and management, and support OB/L&D and postpartum.
