  • Full-time Belmont Cambridge Health Care is a busy medium-sized, pediatric primary care practice located on the Belmont/Cambridge line.
We are affiliated with Boston Children's Hospital, as a proud member of the Pediatric Physicians' Organization at Children's (PPOC). We are looking for a full-time registered nurse to join our current team of three RNs and two MAs. The position involves varied responsibilities including: telephone and email triage, obtaining vitals and patient histories, hearing and vision screening, administering immunizations, simple phlebotomy and specimen collection (finger sticks, nasal swabs, throat cultures, urinalysis, etc), patient teaching, and care coordination. Responsibilities also include maintaining the general office environment (restocking rooms, vaccine management, etc). Proficiency with use of an electronic medical record is required, experience with Epic preferred. Prior nursing experience is preferred, as well as prior experience working with children. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (lunch hour 12-1pm). Additionally, one Saturday morning per month is required, 9am-1pm. There is free parking and easy access to public transportation. The candidate should be professional, compassionate, have good communication skills and be able to work well with a variety of diverse patients and families.
