  • Postpartum (Travel/Contract) Massachusetts 13 week Contract Assignment We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager
  • Postpartum to lead a 14-bed postpartum unit with a Level 1b Continuing Care Nursery.
This role supports couplet care, patient safety, and a collaborative clinical environment focused on mother-baby bonding.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Postpartum unit Provide leadership, staffing oversight, and clinical support Perform charge duties as needed Ensure quality, compliance, and patient-centered care Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
Active MA RN license 2 years Nurse Manager experience in Postpartum Prior charge or leadership experience (preferred)
BLS & NRP
(AHA) required Experience in Nursery/SCN/NICU strongly preferred EPIC experience a plus
Pay:
$2,800.00
