Desired Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license At least 2 years of recent Interventional Radiology nursing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong IV insertion and patient monitoring skills Adaptability and effective communication in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures Monitor patients closely and administer medications as directed Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and technologists to ensure safe, accurate procedures Educate patients and families on procedures, aftercare, and recovery steps Maintain detailed electronic health records and documentation Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
