Desired Experience:
Current, unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience BLS certification required Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Adaptable to fast-paced environments
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations in the Med/Surg unit Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans Monitor, assess, and report on patient status and progress Safely administer medications and manage IV lines Educate patients and families on care protocols and discharge planning
