Qualifications:
Active RN license Recent Operating Room nursing experience Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary surgical team Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
Assist during surgical procedures, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety Monitor patients' vital signs and progress during and after anesthesia Prepare the operating room with necessary equipment and supplies Support surgeons and surgical staff throughout procedures Accurately document perioperative care and patient responses Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory standards
