Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Recent experience as an Operating Room Nurse, circulating and/or scrubbing Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities Experience with diverse surgical specialties preferred
Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based care throughout the surgical process, ensuring patient safety and comfort Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs before, during, and after procedures Accurately document interventions and patient responses Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection prevention protocols Support patients and families with information and compassion
