Traveler position with flexible scheduling typical of operating room departmentsQualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Active Massachusetts RN license ACLS required upon hire (or active BLS with plan to obtain ACLS in 60 days) Previous operating room nursing experience and CNOR certification strongly preferred Exceptional multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skillsEssential Responsibilities:
Deliver care aligned with protocols, patient safety, and Accreditation standards Maintain strict aseptic technique; ensure correct handling of sterile supplies and instruments Confirm patient identification and surgical site accuracy before procedures Collaborate on care plans and discharge processes with multidisciplinary teams Provide thorough documentation of interventions, outcomes, and patient responses Prioritize patient needs, respond swiftly in emergencies, and delegate tasks as appropriate Lead and support professional education and compliance initiatives Proactively reduce medical errors and uphold pain management standardsBenefits & Travel Perks:
