Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. Lead and support the nursing team as a Charge RN while ensuring quality patient care. Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
