Our Concord, MA residential treatment center provides comprehensive care for adults receiving treatment for Substance Use Disorder (SUD). We are committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care in a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment. Position Summary We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team and support the medical needs of adult clients in residential substance use treatment. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities across day, evening, and overnight shifts. The RN plays a key role in providing nursing assessments, medication administration, care coordination, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team. New graduates are encouraged to apply—we're happy to provide the training and support needed for success. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for new admissions and ongoing client care. Administer medications and monitor clients for therapeutic effects and adverse reactions. Deliver nursing care in alignment with detoxification and medical protocols. Complete COWS and CIWA assessments in accordance with established protocols. Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in client condition. Provide education to clients regarding medications, health conditions, and wellness. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care. Maintain accurate documentation while upholding strict confidentiality. Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely. Support overall facility operations with professionalism and compassion. Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Licensure:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
Certifications:
Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required.
Experience:
Previous nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Preferred:
Experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders and familiarity with detoxification protocols.
Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:
$44-$45 per hour (based on experience).
