$43.25 - 52.83 per hour (based on experience) Sign-on bonus $50,000 for full-time, night shift (7p-730a) $35,000 for full-time, day shift (7a-730p) Registered Nurse, RN Recovery Centers of America at Danvers is currently hiring full-time and part-time Registered Nurses to join their team! As a Registered Nurse you'll be a part of our exciting mission of helping millions of people jumpstart their recovery. Your medical expertise will aid in patient recovery, as you support and implement effective techniques which will make a difference in the lives of patients, their families, and communities. As a Registered Nurse, you will… Conduct intake assessments through interviews with patients and relatives to gather case history. Plan and provides nursing care for patients. Make nursing diagnosis of the medical status of patients and recommends treatment options. Consult with medical and other behavioral healthcare staff in designing appropriate treatment plans for clients. Administer and notes reactions to psychotropic drugs and other medications. Arrange further medical attention when necessary. Job Requirements Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or the ability to get licensed) Previous experience working in behavioral health or addiction is preferred, but not required Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; thorough knowledge of facility proprietary systems.
