North Dartmouth, MA Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $87,000 a year 3 hours ago Qualifications RN License Cross-functional communication Full Job Description Comprehensive Mental Health Systems, Inc., a nonprofit organization, is recruiting for a RN Site Support Nurse to join our team. The Site Support Nurse will contribute to CMHS's people strategies, organizational development, building culture, and other site specific or business initiatives. The schedule is 30 - 40 hours per week working a Monday through Friday schedule and hours are flexible during administrative business hours between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. The posted salary is based on a 40 hour work week and will be prorated based on scheduled hours if less than 40. We are seeking a person with a strong work ethic, a commitment to our values of respect, integrity, innovation and compassion. Must be able to work effectively across teams and support staff in a confidential and professional manner.
Duties:
On-site evaluation of acute medical concerns and coordination of necessary treatment and follow up Oversight of individuals' specific clinical/medical protocols including staff training in protocols Communicate with members of the Clinical/Medical Team regarding concerns and general health/medical status of individuals in Residential Programming Provide medical and health related in-service trainings to staff Act as liaison to community health professionals
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts. Ability to travel to residences in the Greater New Bedford area. Experience with adults with developmental disabilities, ABI, mental health, special education or other related service. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally; ability to develop and maintain professional relationship with related service systems; demonstrated capability in the areas of time management, initiative, motivation, reliability and resourcefulness.
