Nights | 3x12 | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 36 Hours/Week | Every other weekend + rotating holidays | May float to Med/Surg Tele units if needed

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel or Local job in Falmouth, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct ICU patient care using the nursing process Monitor and assess patient responses to medications and treatments Perform comprehensive physical, psychological, and social assessments Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Administer and monitor critical care interventions (ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, etc.) Guide and supervise ancillary staff and support charge nurse responsibilities Ensure adherence to hospital safety and infection control protocols Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives Provide patient and family education as needed

Required Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts RN license BLS Certification required ACLS Certification required Completion of hospital-required Pharmacology & Arrhythmia exams Additional preferred certifications:

CCRN, TCAR

Education:

Graduate of an accredited

School of Nursing Skills & Competencies:
