Job Description

Right at Home Boston Southwest is seeking a Part-Time Nurse (RN) to add to our home care team . This Registered Nurse is responsible for supervising caregivers in the field and completing new client assessments. Our ideal candidate would have home care experience and/or experience working with the geriatric population. The candidate would also be comfortable in a management/supervisory role as you will oversee our team of caregivers, as well as completing new client assessments. This part-time (15-20 hours/week) position. We're looking for 2-3 days a week with occasional evenings and weekends as requested. The candidate would work from the Right at Home office as well as visits to client homes. Compensation Competitive Pay Bonus Plan Paid Travel time between clients Mileage Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) with current license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) must possess and maintain current CPR certification Valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile for work. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed on the job Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) New client assessments and ongoing observation Communication with referral sources and medical professionals Supervision, training, orientation, and evaluation of field staff Routine audit of clinical and personnel files to ensure compliance Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and client family members Participation in health fairs & community events Weekly office hours This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
