Registered Nurse (RN)
Location:

We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care and leadership in our skilled nursing facility. If you're passionate about geriatric and rehabilitative nursing, we invite you to bring your clinical skills to a team that values professionalism, compassion, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Accurately transcribe, implement, and document medical orders Conduct ongoing nursing assessments and care planning Communicate effectively during shift reports and team handovers Monitor resident conditions and notify appropriate parties of changes Supervise and mentor CNAs, ensuring quality care and performance Assist physicians during rounds and special procedures Maintain accurate records and support compliance with facility standards Act as RN Supervisor in their absence when needed Support orientation and staff development initiatives
What You Bring:
Valid RN License in Massachusetts CPR certification required 1+ year of geriatric or rehab nursing preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and leadership skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment Excellent communication and a commitment to resident-centered care Why Work at Oak Knoll?
