Key Qualifications:
Active RN license required Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Operating Room setting BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or equivalent) Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability Proven ability to work collaboratively with surgical teams Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care Assist surgeons before, during, and after procedures Monitor patient status and vital signs, responding swiftly to changes Maintain a sterile environment and uphold strict safety protocols Document patient information and surgical procedures accurately Serve as a resource for patients and families, ensuring a supportive care experience
