Scope:
Provide nursing leadership and oversight for administrative functions Coordinate clinical operations, staffing, and workflow across shifts Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards Serve as clinical resource and liaison between nursing staff and administration Participate in performance improvement, staff development, and incident management
Requirements:
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work rotating shifts and fulfill a 13-week travel assignment
