LTS Nurse (Intensive Needs Program) 4/27/2026 - 6/8/2026 Grafton Public Schools - 4.3 South Grafton, MA Job Details Full-time Up to $245 a day 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications IEP Medication administration Electronic health records (EHR) management Patient care Medical equipment cleaning Equipment maintenance Patient charting Patient treatment Care plans Patient transport Safety protocol implementation Entry level Full Job Description Communication of health status with home care staff and parents.
Documentation of daily nursing care through medication administration logs and electronic record systems (SNAP)Provide daily nursing assessments of each student.
Provide ordered treatments and medication administration.
Maintenance of student's health care plans.
Attend student's IEP meetings as necessary.
Maintenance and cleaning of all medical equipment.
Provide support and guidance regarding health status to instructional aides and teachersAssist in creating student's schedules that allow the balance of healthcare needs with academic goals.
Assist staff with safe transfers throughout the day.
Ensure all safety measures are up to date and are met daily.
