We are seeking an experienced Psych RN for a 13-week contract assignment in Holyoke, MA. The RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care in an inpatient behavioral health setting while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support individuals experiencing psychiatric and substance use disorders.Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide direct psychiatric nursing care, assessments, and continuous patient monitoring. Administer medications and treatments while documenting patient progress accurately. Respond to behavioral crises using de-escalation techniques and maintain a safe therapeutic environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Requirements:
Minimum 1 Year of Inpatient Psychiatric RN Experience- Required Must be willing to float to similar or lower acuity units as needed
- Required Must be comfortable taking charge nurse assignments
Certifications & Licensure:
Active Massachusetts RN License- Required BLS/CPR Certification
