Weekly Requirements:

Current and valid Massachusetts RN license (or compact state license) Minimum of 1 year of acute care psychiatric nursing experience within the last 2 years (required, no exceptions) Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association Previous psychiatric and/or substance abuse inpatient experience preferred CPR certification required Restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention experience preferred
