Job Description

Guardian Healthcare is a certified nursing agency which focuses on care planning, healing, nursing back to health, building strength and optimal quality of life within the comfort of patients' homes.
Location :
The Lawrence area and surrounding towns. We have lots of cases clustered around a small geographic area, which opens the opportunity for lots of patients without much travel, if you live close by.
Hours:
We are flexible with the hours that our nurses want to work. Please note : Pay is calculated per visit, with differential pay rates, depending on the nature of work.
Language :
It would be very helpful if the successful job candidate can speak some Spanish because virtually all patients that require coverage in this area at this time are Spanish speaking. Some cannot speak English. Why work for

Position Summary:
In-home ongoing quality care.
Skilled Nursing:
Nurses help clients achieve wellness and autonomy through advocacy, assessment, planning, communication, education, resource management, service facilitation, and use of evidence-based guidelines or standards which result in holistic and well measured care. Case notes are important. Nurses provide emotional support, reassurance and encouragement to patients.
