Qualifications:

Active and permanent Massachusetts RN license (required prior to start) Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience, plus prior travel nursing experience Current PALS and TNCC certifications (must be completed before start date) Proficient in caring for patients across all ages, with confidence in managing pediatric emergencies Strong critical thinking and adaptability, ready for high-volume and fast-paced ER environments

Responsibilities:

Triage, assess, and provide direct care to patients with urgent and emergent medical needs Respond swiftly and effectively to all types of emergency cases, including pediatric illnesses Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality and safety standards
