Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Bilingual Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert nursing care to diverse patient populations across various clinical settings, ensuring high-quality, culturally sensitive care in both English and Spanish. Your expertise will support patient recovery, promote health education, and facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physiological evaluations to determine appropriate care plans. Deliver direct patient care across multiple settings such as inpatient units, outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, and post-acute care facilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address acute and chronic conditions. Manage complex cases involving critical care, trauma, infectious diseases, geriatrics, behavioral health, pediatrics, or surgical recovery. Assist with diagnostic evaluations, discharge planning, case management, and utilization management to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies. Provide patient education and support in both English and Spanish to ensure understanding of treatment procedures, medication instructions, and health maintenance strategies. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with relevant state licensing authorities. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required; exceptional communication skills are essential. Demonstrated experience in critical care environments such as ICU or Level II/Level I trauma centers; ICU experience preferred. Strong background in hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or medical-surgical nursing; experience in emergency room settings highly desirable. Knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, infection control practices, and acute care procedures. Prior experience with post-acute care or outpatient clinic settings is advantageous. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and efficiently while managing multiple priorities under pressure. $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
