Nursing Full Job Description Who We Are Looking For:
Are you the MAP Nurse Monitor we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others while working with a dynamic team of nurses by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our youth! The Nurse Monitor will offer administrative support to the nursing teams at Little Heroes Home and the GRIP Program . Our programs focus on providing specialized, trauma-informed care to youth in a group home setting. Compensation The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. In this role, you will: Provide administrative oversight to programs and MAP Site Supervisor regarding DPH Medication Administration Programs policies and procedures, protocols and compliance, including telephone support, virtual meetings and site visits. Adhere to MAP policies, so that all residential homes have the same standards of monitoring and record keeping. MAP trainer and consultant. Identify and provide teaching to MAP Site Supervisor and direct care staff as needed. Provide MAP trainings, re-certifications, and pertinent yearly reviews to keep staff compliant in their certifications. Perform weekly site MAP audits. Work with the MAP Site Supervisor to ensure continuity of the MAP system. Why JRI? Be who you are! Requirements:
Current RN license, BSN preferred. 2+ years' experience in residential home setting. Thorough knowledge of Massachusetts Medication Administration Program. Maintains valid driver's license as transporting students is required.
