Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts or compact state eligibility Minimum of 1 year recent Med-Surg nursing experience (travel experience highly valued) Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Enthusiastic team player with a committed, compassionate patient-care approach
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients across a wide range of conditions Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement care plans Monitor and document patient progress, promptly addressing changes in condition Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and ongoing care Maintain compliance with facility standards and healthcare regulations
