Home Care RN Supervisor & Admissions Nurse

  • Full-time We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Full-Time Homecare Nurse Supervisor.
This role will lead client admissions, complete OASIS assessments, provide clinical oversight and caregiver supervision for our Home Health Aides, and support the delivery of high-quality home care services throughout the Northshore region. Nurse Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
Complete client admissions, assessments, and OASIS documentation. Develop, review, and update individualized Plans of Care. Conduct supervisory visits and competency evaluations for our non-certified field staff. Monitor quality of care and ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations. Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and agency staff to coordinate care and address changes in condition. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience; home care experience preferred.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Successful completion of all required background checks.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.
