Description:
The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. Looking for knowledgeable, reliable, flexible, trustworthy and dedicated nursing staff to join a dynamic team of home care nurses. Population includes psychiatric, and medical/surgical patients. RN/LPN (Home Health)Qualifications:
Current MA Nursing License Valid CPR certificationMINIMUM 1
year of nursing experience- Home Health Care Experience Preferred Excellent assessment and documentation skills required
Reliable Transportation Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families on managing illnesses and injuries
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
