POSITION OVERVIEW PACE
Registered Nurse role supporting older adults across outpatient and community-based care settings Opportunity to provide direct nursing care, complete assessments, and develop individualized care plans promoting patient independence Blend of clinic-based and home/community-focused nursing responsibilities Collaborative interdisciplinary care model with strong nursing autonomy Mission-driven senior care environment focused on long-term patient relationships and quality outcomes WHY RNs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $80,000-$104,000 annually based on experience Health insurance with 75% employer-paid premium Dental and vision insurance 26 days paid time off (15 vacation, 10 sick, 1 personal day) 13 paid holidays 403(b) retirement plan Mileage reimbursement Life insurance coverage Short-term and long-term disability coverage 3 CME days with $3,000 reimbursement License renewal reimbursement
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct nursing care to geriatric patient population Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments Develop individualized patient care plans Support patient independence and safe community living Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care team Deliver care within outpatient and community-based settings

Requirements:
Active Massachusetts RN license
REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years recent RN experience
