Monday
  • Friday 8 am
  • 4 pm Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 15
Call Schedule:
None Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation:
  • $220,000
  • $280,000, based on experience

We are a non-profit healthcare organization with a simple mission: to help older adults live safely and comfortably in their homes and communities for as long as they can, keeping their stays in hospitals and nursing facilities as minimal as possible.

DETAILS
  • You will participate as a member of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team in the care of high-risk older adults living in the community
  • Will act as the leader of the Clinical Team whose primary mission is to assist older adults to remain living in the community for as long as it is safe
  • Monday-Friday scheduling, with a possibility for a 32-hour workweek or 40-hour workweek
  • Participates in the PACE hospital rounding system as well as nursing home visits
  • Evaluates the needs of the participants and develops treatment plans in concert with the other members of the Interdisciplinary Team
  • Experience working directly with Geriatric patients required
