Every other weekend + rotating holidays Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality, fast-paced patient care in an acute care ED setting. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for complex and critical patients. Key Responsibilities Provide direct emergency nursing care using the nursing process Perform patient assessment (physical, psychological, social) Administer medications and monitor patient responses Perform IV insertion, IV therapy, and emergency interventions Provide ventilator care and telemetry monitoring Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Assist in discharge planning and patient education Support and guide ancillary staff Function as charge nurse when required Follow hospital safety, infection control, and clinical protocols Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Minimum 2 years recent ER RN experience At least 1 year travel ER experience Active Massachusetts RN License BLS and ACLS (current) Strong IV start and IV therapy skills Telemetry monitoring experience Ability to work in high-acuity emergency settings Strong English communication skills Preferred Certifications
TNCC, ENPC, PALS
