We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Sippican Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants. Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines, as well as established facility policies and procedures. Coordinate total nursing care for patients, participate in patient and family teaching, and provide leadership by working cooperatively with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members. Supervise and assist in the development of plan of care for each resident.
Prerequisites:
Graduate from an accredited registered nursing associate's degree program required. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Current Certification of BLS Healthcare CPR in Adult, Child, and Infant.
