Pay:

$46.00-$51.00 per hour Job description:

Responsibilities:

Telephone triage PRN visits for symptom management needs and other visits assigned by the Clinical Manager After-hours admissions and screens Remote chart auditing Stand up and stand down participation Roughly 5-6 visits a day, less if an admission is completed

Qualifications:

Valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts Experience in hospice, oncology, or home health is preferred. Minimum two years of recent, professional nursing experience.
