Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Hours:

40 hours per week

Compensation Pay Rate:

$63/hour

Mileage Reimbursement:

$0.72 per mile Responsibilities The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating continuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimal utilization of resources, effective service delivery, and compliance with prescribed medical regimens.

Key responsibilities include:
