Job Description

Hospice On-Call Nurse Hospice On-Call Nurse:
Every other week Monday - Friday (AM) schedule Looking to work for a hometown hospice? Sunset Hospice is committed to making a difference in every patient at the end of life. Specific responsibilities include:
Respond to on-call messages that will include making recommendations via phone and making visits to the home of the patient when needed. Death pronouncements for patients dying at home or in a location where there is not a registered nurse to pronounce death. Make scheduled hospice visits or complete admissions to patients as directed by Clinical Director. On-call every other week. Hours will be M-Th 5pm-8:30am the next morning every other week. Applicants must meet all state licensing requirements and possess a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.

$500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
