Inpatient Clinical Nurse Manager Pay:
$ 120,000 to $140,000 per year
Bonus :

As our Inpatient Clinical Nurse Manager , you'll play a central role in bringing this center to life—leading a dedicated interdisciplinary hospice team and ensuring every patient and family receives exceptional, heartfelt support. Inpatient Clinical Nurse Manager Key responsibilities Lead and supervise all hospice patient‑ and family‑care team members, including nurses, social workers, hospice aides, and counselors. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as professional standards of hospice care. Oversee assessments and interdisciplinary care plans, ensuring timely evaluations and coordinated patient‑family support. Manage 24/7 nursing and psychosocial coverage, including on‑call scheduling and team communication. Maintain accurate hospice medical records and facilitate communication among care teams, physicians, and families. Inpatient Clinical Nurse Manager Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice; Certified Hospice Nurse preferred. Current CPR certification. Minimum of three years' experience in hospice, home health, medical‑surgical, oncology, or a relevant patient population. Minimum one year of supervisory experience. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and state‑required auto liability insurance. Be the Best IPC Director, Registered Nurse You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: Registered Nurse license in state(s) practicing. Certified Hospice Nurse is preferred. Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification. Minimum three years' experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical, oncology or patient population specific (i.e.: geriatrics, pediatric, etc.) nursing. Minimum one year of supervisory experience
Responsibilities:
Supervise all direct patient/family care team members, including nurses, social workers, hospice aides and counselors. Ensure that all patient/family services comply with federal, state(s) and local regulatory requirements and with accepted professional standards. Participate in the selection and evaluation of all direct patient/family care team members. Participate in the orientation and ongoing education of staff and volunteers. Assure that all initial assessments and required reassessments are conducted by qualified team members within required time frames. Coordinate the development, implementation and review of the interdisciplinary plan of care for each patient/family. Assure the 24-hour availability of nursing and psychosocial services to patients/families and coordinates "on-call" assignments. Conduct the interdisciplinary team meetings, maintains appropriate documentation, or designates these functions to a qualified team member Our Investment in You Caring for others starts with caring for you.
