Job Description

Registered Nurses | Psych and Emergency Department | Natick & Framingham, MA Multiple full time permanent RN openings at respected community hospitals in the Metro West area. These hospitals are known for quality patient care, strong clinical leadership, Cerner EMR, collaborative culture, and career growth. Compensation Registered Nurse base pay ( varies by experience and unit ). We know this is important and will cover in full detail on initial call with you. $33.50 - $73.31
Differentials Nights:
15% (capped at $6/hour)
Evenings:
ED 10% (capped at $4/hour), Psych varies
Weekends:
Psych $1.75/hour Sign On Bonus $30,000 for days and nights at both hospitals, paid over two years with no payback requirement Unit Openings Psych Registered Nurse - Natick Caring for adults, adolescents, and geriatric psychiatric patients across dedicated units. Nurses should expect a fast paced environment and occasional floating. Minimum one year RN experience with behavioral health strongly preferred 3x12s on days or nights Every other weekend BLS and RN license required ADN or BSN On call required (details covered in interview) Emergency Department Registered Nurse - Framingham Fast paced 30 bed ED treating medical emergencies, stroke, and light trauma. 6 to 8 months ED or urgent care required; one year ED preferred Full time 3x12s on days, evenings, or nights Every other weekend No on call BLS and RN license required ADN or BSN These roles are priority hires and interviews are scheduled quickly.
